On a related note I watched some of it, skipping the fluff and I'm glad STO will be or is f2p, I never fancied spending dollah on a silly accessory when I can get hideously drunk with the same amount of money. I will be the first in STO with the USS Shroombuckinghamshire.

I watched the first minute of the video, in this minute all I saw were two girls who looked bored to death while a bunch of nerds looked thrilled. I can't condone that.

F2p but there's an interview with the dev who does the ship powers and he was introducing neew ships that just went live on the tribble shard....they have some real cool abilities and are the first of the cryptic designed ships not directly from any of the series
