Tsingtao is pretty good, but for "beer" my favourite is:

La Trappe Quadrupel, 10% alcohol, 750mL beer in a champagne bottle. Why drink cheap wine when you can drink premium beer of similar alcohol content?

As a fellow Australian, I am quite disgusted you would recommend the national embarrassment to me. The holy trinity of staple Australian beers: Victoria Bitter, XXXX Gold, Swan Draught, disapprove of your post. If I had to pick a favourite Australian "beer", it would undoubtedly be Little Creatures Pale Ale. A Western Australian based offering whose brewery also serves excellent food.

p.s. To dispel another myth, as I am in a righteous fury, it's throw another prawn on the barbie, not another shrimp. Fucking tourists.
